If I Can Make It There, I'll Make It Anywhere

New York, New York!!!

Whew! Finally. After so much planning and postponing and planning again, I finally made it back to the Big Apple.

Stayed at Don's (Vannie's bro) apartment in New Jersey, a mere 30 minute drive to fabulous Manhattan. "Toured" Brooklyn (with its world-famous zoo) at least twice, got lost in Soho (I can live there!!!) and Chinatown, saw part of Queens and danced and ate at the Chelsea area! Got together with Gilbert and his super nice, super cool partner, Matt. Made new friends in Ed (more on him later) and Ernestina! Checked out the outlets at New Jersey. Also checked out the super rich area of Short Hills in Jersey with its suburban mall carrying Gucci, Burberry and Tiffany stores.

New York will always be one of my favorite cities in the world. Right after San Francisco, of course!
